The Lead Capture Form is a tool used to collect user information. By using this form, you can gather potential customers' data and target them more effectively to promote your products or services, thereby increasing conversion rates.


Follow these steps to add it to your card:

1. Click the "Edit" button to enter the Card Details. > Select "Lead Capture Form".
2. Turn on the "Enable Form" switch. You can name the form and add the fields you want to include in it.

3. You can click on "+ Add Field" to add a new field. You can choose from options like email, name, phone number, or add any other fields you wish to include.

4. If you want to change the name of a field, simply click the edit icon on the field and enter a new field name.

5. f you want to make a field required, just toggle on the "Required" option when adding the field.

6. To change the order of the fields on your form, press and hold a field, then drag it up or down.

7.If you want to delete a field, just click the delete icon next to it.

Once you’ve finished editing the form, don’t forget to click the save button in the top right corner.
